1. Install propellers and drain plug.

2. Remove tape and clean areas where the

bridge will set. Check for voids along the

top of the windows. Unfasten the wet bar

and pull it back to install the bridge.

3. Apply sealant (white Sikaflex suppliedin

Mac kit #8105901) along the edge of the

cabin top where the bridge sets.

4. Apply 720 silicone sealant (white) around

the stud bolts.

Note: Refer to the attached pictures for

sealant placement. Apply the sealant just

prior to setting the bridge.

Also apply Sikaflex on top of the poly

strips located on the deck top.

5. Position the bridge over the boat. The

lifting points for the bridge are between

the two stand-offs on the forward bridge

rails and on the aft bridge rail (on the

port side) and bow eye (on the starboard

side). Lower the bridge until it is 12”

- 16” above the deck. Run all wires and

hoses through the aft end of the bridge

through PVC pipe.

6. Lower the bridge onto the deck, making

sure that no wires or hoses get caught or

pinched off.

7. With the bridge in place, attach it with

the fasteners supplied in the Mac kit.

There are 10 studs on the bridge (four

forward under the helm, one in each aft

bridge corner, and two each on the port

and starboard sides). Refer to the draw-

ing on the next page for the location of

these studs.

8. Install the port and starboard hardtop

Slide the hard top into place.  Secure it to

the bridge mullions, supports, and door

frames.

the wet bar.  Hook up the 110 volt wire,

and the drain and water lines under the

wet bar.
