  BURN HAZARD

RISK OF BURN OR SERIOUS INJURY.
HOT SURFACES (GREATER THAN 150°F / 65°C)
DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED.
Lights may become extremely hot (more than 150°F / 65°C) when left on for more

than five minutes, and may become too hot to touch safely. While on do not leave

unattended. Do not set the light face (lens) down when turned on. Do not handle the

light until it has cooled.
This light is extremely bright. Do not look directly into the light or shine it in

someone’s eyes.
Do not hold the lens or bezel against any portion of the human body. Do not place

flashlight against combustible material or any material that can be damaged by heat.

Always use with adequate ventilation.

  BATTERY BURN HAZARD

RISK OF BURN OR SERIOUS INJURY.
A Lithium battery is volatile. It can explode and burn, causing a fire. Never open a

battery, place it in a fire, expose it to heat above 100 degrees centigrade, expose its

contents to water, put it in backwards, or mix it with other battery types. Any of

these actions can result in an explosion and/or leaking, causing personal injury or

property damage. Dispose of all batteries properly in accordance with

environmental regulations.
Do not carry Lithium batteries in pocket, pack, purse or other container with loose

change, keys, or other metal objects that may damage the battery or cause it to

short circuit. Lithium batteries should be stored and carried in a small plastic box or

other non-conductive container.

  CHOKING HAZARD

SMALL PARTS. NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS.
Browning lights are not toys. They are high performance lighting tools that contain

batteries and small parts. Use only under adult supervision. Failure to follow this

warning could result in serious injury or death to the child.
Keep all batteries out of reach of infants and children. Do not allow infants and

children to play with batteries. Do not place batteries in the nose, ears or mouth. If

swallowed they may become a choking hazard and/or may cause electrical and/or

chemical burns in the mouth or in the digestive tract.
If any battery is swallowed, do not induce vomiting. Immediately contact your

physician, The Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222, your local health care

center or emergency care center, or the National Button Battery Ingestion Hotline at

1-202-625-3333.

OPERATION

Either (1) 14500 3.7V Li-ion battery or (1) AA battery will power the flashlight.

Do not use other types of batteries.
Before use, unscrew the tailcap and remove the plastic spacer between the flat edge

of the battery and the contact spring. Discard the spacer.
To turn on, push the tailcap switch and release, and the light will turn on the

brightest setting (High White). Push and release the tailcap switch several times to

cycle through the other settings (Low White and Green).
When the light is not being used, unscrew the tailcap ½ turn, so it will not turn

on accidentally.

RECHARGING THE 14500 LI-ION BATTERY

Unscrew the tailcap and remove the 145000 Li-ion battery from

the light.
Insert the Micro-USB plug on the charging cable into the small charging slot on the

side of the battery. Insert the USB plug on the other end of the charging cable into

an AC adaptor or other USB power source.
The charging indicator light on the battery will glow red when the battery is

charging. When the battery is fully charged, the light will change from red to green.

Disconnect the charging cable from the power source when charging is complete,

and remove the charging cable from the battery cap. Do not overcharge

the battery.
Charging Time: Approximately 1-2 hours from most AC power sources.
Battery Life: 500 cycles.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

  Use only (1) 14500 3.7V mAh Lithium-ion battery or (1) AA battery

as a power source for this flashlight. Recycle or dispose of batteries properly. Do

not incinerate batteries.

MAINTENANCE

Keep the light dry. Remove batteries when storing for long periods of time.
Periodically rub a light coat of petroleum jelly onto the O-ring seals to preserve

their life.
