INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

1.  Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface, make

parking brake is set.  Wear safety glasses and follow

basic shop safety practices for the duration of this

installation.

2.  Use a floor jack to lift the front of the vehicle and

place it firmly on to jack stands so that the front tires

or impact wrench to remove the wheel lug nuts.

Remove the front wheels and set them aside.

4.  If the vehicle is equipped with electric power

the 6 bolts holding the factory skid, and set the skid

plate aside. Disconnect the three electrical connec-

tors from the electric power steering unit.
