Instructions  for  use

•  If  you  want  to  perform  several  measurements  on  one  person,  then  take  a  5-minute  break  between  each  measurement.

Explanation  of  symbols

The  following  symbols  are  used  in  the  operating  instructions,  on  the  packaging  and  on  the  nameplate  of  the  device  and  accessories:

•  You  should  not  eat  or  drink,  smoke  or  exercise  for  at  least  30  minutes  before  measuring.

•  The  blood  pressure  meter  consists  of  precise  and  electronic  components.  The  accuracy  of  the  measured  values  and  the  service  life  of  the  device  depend  on  careful

Instructions  for  use

•  You  can  use  the  blood  pressure  monitor  with  batteries  or  an  AC  adapter.  Note  that  data  transfer  and  storage  is  only  possible  if  the  blood  pressure  meter  is  powered.  As  soon  as  

the  batteries  are  empty  or  the  mains  supply  is  disconnected  from  the  mains,  the  blood  pressure  meter  loses  the  date  and  time.

Repair  and  disposal  instructions

•  Auto  Power  Off  turns  off  the  blood  pressure  meter  to  save  battery  power  if  no  button  is  pressed  for  1  minute.

Permissible  operating  temperature  and  humidity

Protect  from  moisture

•  Avoid  mechanical  squeezing,  compression  or  kinking  of  the  cuff  hose.

•  Do  not  open  the  device.  Failure  to  do  so  will  void  the  warranty.

Attention

•  The  values  measured  by  you  can  only  serve  for  your  information,  they  do  not  replace  a  medical  examination!  Discuss  the  measured  values  with  your  doctor,  in  no  case  make  

your  own  medical  decisions  (eg  medicines  and  their  dosage)  from  the  results!

Permissible  temperature  and  humidity  during  storage

•  Do  not  press  the  buttons  unless  the  cuff  is  attached.
