V OPERATIONS MANUAL

INTRODUCTION

Thank you for purchasing the V
conical burr coffee grinder. With the
V, it’s now easier than ever to
make professional quality coffee.

Below are detailed descriptions of the features that make the V
stand out from other grinders in its class.

V™

Precision Conical Burrs

Manufactured in Europe, the 40 mm conical burrs of the
V grind coffee at speeds up to 2.4 g/sec. What really
sets the V burrs apart is a particle distribution that is
relatively uniform, notably at coarse settings. The V
burrs are exceptional multi-purpose burrs for espresso,
manual brewing methods, automatic brewers and French
press. These high-carbon steel conical burrs are durable and
will remain sharp for many years. The burrs have a precision
mounting system to ensure a stable platform for accurate
grinding.

Grind Adjustment

The V has 40 distinct settings to enable grinding
from espresso to French press with the simple turn
of the hopper.

Efficient Motor

The V houses a powerful DC motor that produces

more than four times the output, with twice the efficiency,

of a standard AC motor found in most grinders in this class.
The motor spins at less than one-third the speed, making it
much quieter and lower in pitch. Extremely well-made, the
motor is built to handle long duty cycles. In addition,
it possesses a thermal safety device that protects the
motor from overheating and automatically resets once
the motor cools.
