Getting Started
Charging
Fully charge the charging case before the first use. To charge, connect the case
to a USB charger or charging port with the included USB-A to C cable, or use a
wireless charger (5W) to charge the charging case. When the LED Charging
indicator on the outside of the case turns off, the case is fully charged. Charging
may take around 3 hours, then case can offer fully charge to the earbuds 4
times. The earbuds should be stored in the case when not in use.
Note:
Remove the protective film from the earbuds when using for the first time.

Starting with the earbuds in the case:
Note
Some devices don’t follow the Qualcomm True Wireless Master–Slave pairing
protocol and may display a message that “The connection was not successful.”
However, this won’t affect the use
Regular Use After Pairing
Once the earbuds are successfully paired with your device, they can be
switched on and off as follows:
Open the lid of charging case, both earbuds will turn on, and enter pairing
mode
Turn on the pairing function via BT on the device you want to pair with the
earbuds
From the list of available devices and select "AUKEY EP-T32" 1.

Reset the earbuds
Take both earbuds out of the charging case, and the earbuds will turn on.
Touch and hold on the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 5 seconds
to turn them back off
Touch and hold on the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 15 seconds.
The earbuds will turn on, clear their pairing list, and turn off again
Put both earbuds back in the charging case and close the lid to reset
Open the lid again, and both earbuds will turn on and enter pairing mode 1.

Using the Left/Right Earbuds
Starting with the earbuds in the case:
Take the left/right earbud out
Turn on the pairing function on the device you want to pair with the earbud

When you turn on the earbuds, they will be automatically reconnected to the
previous-paired device or enter pairing mode if no paired device is found
Either left or right earbud can be used individually once connected to your
device when you keep the other one inside the charging case
The wireless operating range is 10m (33ft). If you exceed this range, the
earbuds will lose connection with your paired device. The connection will be
re-established if you re-enter the wireless range within 5 minutes. Or the
earbuds will be switched off automatically after 5 minutes •

Don’t use the earbuds at high volume for extended periods, as this may cause

Once paired, you can wirelessly stream audio on your device via earbuds. Music
will automatically get paused when you receive an incoming phone call and will
be resumed once the call ends.

The earbuds are on, but not connecting to my device
For the earbuds and your device to establish a connection, you need to put
them both in pairing mode. Please follow the instructions in the Pairing section of
this manual.
I’ve connected the earbuds with my smartphone but can’t hear any sound
Double-check the volume level on your smartphone and the earbuds. Some
smartphones require you to set up the earbuds as an audio output device before
the audio can be transmitted. If you’re using a music player or other device,
please make sure it supports the A2DP profile.
The sound isn’t very clear or the caller can’t hear my voice clearly
Adjust the volume on your smartphone and the earbuds. Try moving closer to
your smartphone to rule out the possibility of interference or wireless range-relat-
ed issues.
What’s the wireless range of the earbuds?
The maximum range is 10m (33ft). However, the actual range depends on
environmental factors. For optimal performance, keep your device connected
within a range of roughly 4m to 8m and make sure that there are no major
obstacles (like reinforced steel walls) between the earbuds and your device.
The earbuds won’t turn on
Try charging the earbuds for a while. If the earbuds still won’t power on, please contact
our support team at the email address given in ‘Warranty & Customer Support.’
I put the earbuds back in the charging case, but the earbuds are still connected
The charging case is probably out of power. Try charging it.

Laden
Laden Sie den Ladekoffer vor dem ersten Gebrauch vollständig auf. Schließen

Die Kopfhörer sind an, aber nicht mit meinem Gerät verbunden
Damit zwischen den Ohrhörern und Ihrem Gerät eine Verbindung hergestellt

Chargement
Chargez complètement l'étui de chargement avant la première utilisation. Pour
charger, connectez le boîtier à un chargeur USB ou à un port de charge avec le
câble USB-A vers C inclus, ou utilisez un chargeur sans fil (5 W) pour charger le
boîtier de charge. Lorsque l'indicateur de charge LED à l'extérieur du boîtier
s'éteint, le boîtier est complètement chargé. La charge peut prendre environ 3

Les écouteurs sont allumés mais ne se connectent pas à mon appareil.
Pour que les écouteurs et votre appareil établissent une connexion, vous devez
les mettre tous les deux en mode d'appariement. Veuillez suivre les instructions

J’ai établi une connexion avec mon smartphone mais je n'entends aucun
son.
Vérifiez deux fois le niveau de volume de votre smartphone et des écouteurs.
Certains smartphones exigent que vous configuriez les écouteurs comme
périphérique de sortie audio avant que l'audio puisse être transmis. Si vous’utilisez
un lecteur de musique ou un autre appareil, assurez-vous qu'il prend en charge
le profil de musique stéréo A2DP.
Le son n'est pas très clair ou l'appelant n’entend pas clairement ma voix.
Réglez le volume de votre smartphone et des écouteurs. Essayez de vous

Quelle est la portée sans fil des écouteurs ?
La portée maximale est de 10 m. Cependant, la portée réelle dépendra de
facteurs environnementaux. Pour une performance optimale, gardez vos
appareils connectés aux écouteurs dans un rayon de 4 m–8 m et assurez-vous

Carga
Cargue completamente el estuche de carga antes del primer uso. Para cargar,
conecte el estuche a un cargador USB o puerto de carga con el cable USB-A a
C incluido, o use un cargador inalámbrico (5W) para cargar el estuche de
carga. Cuando se apaga el indicador LED de carga en el exterior de la carcasa,
la carcasa está completamente cargada. La carga puede demorar alrededor
de 3 horas, luego el estuche puede ofrecer una carga completa de los

Caricare
Caricare completamente la custodia di ricarica prima del primo utilizzo. Per
caricare, collega la custodia a un caricabatterie USB o una porta di ricarica con

Gli auricolari sono accesi ma non si collegano al mio dispositivo
Per stabilire una connessione tra gli auricolari e il dispositivo, è necessario

Ho stabilito una connessione con lo smartphone ma non si sente alcun
suono
Controllare di nuovo il livello del volume sul proprio smartphone e sugli auricolari.
Alcuni smartphone richiedono l’installazione degli auricolari come dispositivo
con uscita audio prima di trasmettere l’audio. Se si sta utilizzando un lettore

Qual è la portata wireless degli auricolari?
La portata massima è di 10 m. Tuttavia, la portata effettiva dipenderà anche da
fattori ambientali. Per delle performance ottimali, mantenere il proprio
dispositivo collegato agli auricolari entro i 4-8 m assicurandosi che non ci siano
ostacoli tra gli auricolari e i dispositivi (come pareti in acciaio rinforzato ad
esempio).

I miei auricolari non si accendono
Provare a tenere sotto carica gli auricolari. Se gli auricolari non si accendono,
contattare l’assistenza all’indirizzo riportato di seguito.
Ho reinserito gli auricolari nel case di ricarica, ma gli auricolari sono
ancora collegati.
In questo caso, è probabile che il case di ricarica sia scarico. Sarà necessario
ricaricarlo.

れます。5分間以内に、再び接続圏内になった場合、最後に接続していたデバイスと自動

使用前の準備
充電
初めて使用する前に、必ず充電ケースを完全に充電してください。充電する際、充電ケー
スを付属のUSB-A to C ケーブルでUSB充電器に接続してください。または、ワイヤレス充
電器(5W)を使用して充電してください。充電指示ランプがオフになったら、ケースの充電
が完了します。満充電するまで約3時間がかかります。充電ケースをフル充電した後、4回
までイヤホンを充電できます。イヤホンを使用しない場合は、充電ケースに戻して保管し
てください。

ペアリング後のご使用について
イヤホンがペアリング完了後、下記の手順に従ってイヤホンの電源をオン･オフできます。
充電ケースの蓋を開けると、左右のイヤホンが自動的に電源オンになり、ペアリングし
ます。
お使いのオーディオ機器のペアリング機能をオンにしてください。
ペアリングリストから「AUKEY EP-T32」を選択します。

充電ケースの蓋を開けると、イヤホンの電源が自動的に入ります。
電源を切るには、両方のイヤホンを充電ケースに戻して、蓋を閉めてください。イヤホン
を充電ケースに収納すると、自動で充電が開始します。

一部のデバイスは、Qualcomm 完全ワイヤレスマスタースレーブのペアリングプロトコル
に準拠しておらず、 「接続に失敗しました」というメッセージが表示される場合があります。
ただし、これはイヤホンの使用には影響しません。

イヤホンと相手側機器のワイヤレス機能が有効であることを確認してくだい。ご使用したデ
バイスとイヤホンを再起動して、再度ペアリングをお試みてください。
再生機器と接続していますが、 イヤホンの音が聞こえません？
本製品及び再生機器のボリュームをご確認ください。また、再生機器の「サウンドとオーデ
ィオデバイス」が本製品に設定したことを確認してください。相手側の機器のプロファイル
がA2DPに対応していることをご確認ください。
イヤホンの音がはっきり聞こえません？/通話相手がこちらからの音声をはっきり聞き取れ
ません？
携帯電話またはイヤホンの音量を調節してください。携帯電話周囲の電波状況をチェック
し、近くに他の無線機器がないか確認してください。
最大通信距離はどれぐらいですか？
最大通信距離は10mですが、実際の通信距離は使用環境によって変化する可能性がありま
す。よりよいパフォーマンスのため、デバイスとイヤホンの距離範囲は4m-8mを保持してく
