Quick Start

1. 

Turn the volume knob on your guitar all the way down to zero.

2. 

If you want to use your effect pedals connect the last pedal’s output to Pangaea’s 

Input

, just like you would normally connect it to a guitar amp. You can also plug your 

guitar directly into Pangaea! See the diagram below.

3. 

Use 1/4’’ TRS cable to connect Pangaea’s 

Main Out

 to your playback system or simply plug your headphones into 

Phones Out

.

4. 

Connect the included AC adapter to Pangaea and plug it into a power outlet.

5. 

Turn on your playback system.

6. 

Now slowly turn up your guitar’s volume. Watch out, it may get pretty loud!

7. 

Too loud? Press 

2/VOL

 button to adjust volume. Turn 

Navigation/Confirm

 knob to choose between Master and Phones volume. Press it to edit the values. Press 

Esc

 

to return to the home screen.

8. 

Browse pre-programmed tones using the 

Navigation/Confirm

 knob. Press it to recall the selected preset.

9. 

Press 

Edit

 button to edit a preset. You’ll see effect blocks: 

RF

 (Resonance Filter); 

GT

 (Noise Gate); 

CM

 (Compressor); 

PR

 (Preamp Simulator); 

PA

 (Power Amp 

Simulator); 

IR

 (Cabinet Simulator); 

EQ

 (Parametric EQ); 

DL

 (Delay); 

PH

 (Phaser); 

FL

 (Flanger); 

CH

 (Chorus); 

ER

 (Early Reflections); 

RV

 (Reverb) and 

TR

 

(Tremolo). Turn 

Navigation/Confirm

 knob to select the desired effect block and press it to enable/disable the effect. Press 

Edit

 again to tweak effect’s parameters. 

When you’re done press 

Esc

 several times to get back to the home screen.

10. 

Out of tune? Activate the tuner by pressing 

5/TUNER

 button.

11. 

While on the home screen press 

Esc

 to see currently chosen Impulse Response’s name.

12.
