13.3 Extension Features
You can configure the following features on a per extension basis:
•
Call Forwarding
- set up call forwarding rules for the individual extension
based on the following criteria:
• Your extension is busy.
• You turn on DND (Do Not Disturb). You can set up a list of telephone
numbers, referred to as the
White List
that ignore DND.
• Unconditionally, forwards all calls to a specific extension or your voice mail.
• There is no answer at your extension. This also allows you to set up a
Find
Me List
, which is a list of phone numbers where you might be located.
•
Call Blocking
- set up a list of telephone numbers that you don’t want to
receive calls from. Or, stop calls without caller ID from reaching your extension.
•
Voice Mail Forwarding
- Configure the X2002 to forward your voice mail
messages to your email account.

This field displays
SIP
, if this extension is a SIP account.
This field displays
FXS
, if this extension is associated with an analog
phone connected to an FXS port on the X2002.
This field displays
BRI
, if this extension is associated with an ISDN
phone connected to a BRI port on the X2002.

This field displays the extension number.
Description
This field displays the description given to this extension.

- to edit an existing extension on the X2002.

- remove an extension from the X2002.
