8.7 Port Setup
Use this screen to configure OLT port settings. Click
Basic Setting
>
Port Setup
in the navigation panel to
display the configuration screen.
IP Address
Enter the out-of-band management IP address of your OLT in dotted decimal notation. For
example, 192.168.0.1.
IP Subnet
Mask
Enter the IP subnet mask of your OLT in dotted decimal notation, for example, 255.255.255.0.
Default
Gateway
Enter the IP address of the default outgoing gateway in dotted decimal notation, for example,
192.168.0.254
Apply
Click
Apply
to save your changes to the OLT’s run-time memory. The OLT loses these changes if
it is turned off or loses power, so use the
Save
link on the top navigation panel to save your
changes to the non-volatile memory when you are done configuring.
Cancel
Click
Cancel
to reset the fields to your previous configuration.
IP Interface
Use these fields to create or edit IP routing domains on the OLT.
IP Address
Enter the IP address of your OLT in dotted decimal notation, for example, 192.168.1.1. This is the
IP address of the OLT in an IP routing domain.
IP Subnet
Mask
Enter the IP subnet mask of an IP routing domain in dotted decimal notation, for example,
255.255.255.0.
VID
Enter the VLAN identification number to which an IP routing domain belongs.
Add
Click this to create a new entry.
This saves your changes to the OLT’s run-time memory. The OLT loses these changes if it is turned
off or loses power, so use the
Save
link on the top navigation panel to save your changes to the
non-volatile memory when you are done configuring.
Cancel

Cancel
to reset the fields to your previous configuration.
Index
This field displays the index number of an entry.
IP Address
This field displays IP address of the OLT in the IP domain.
IP Subnet Mask
This field displays the subnet mask of the OLT in the IP domain.
VID
This field displays the VLAN identification number of the IP domain on the OLT.
Delete
Click
Delete
to remove the selected entry from the summary table.
Note: Deleting all IP subnets locks you out of the OLT.
Cancel Click
Cancel
to clear the check boxes.
