How to set up a VLAN environment. 

In this application, we need to configure IES-1248-51V and ADSL CPE. We use 

ZyXEL Prestige 660R-61 CPE here. Because the two ports belong to different VLAN 

want to go to the Internet via Uplink port of IES-1248-51V, we need to set up an extra 

VLAN and let the two ports be members of this VLAN.
