Initial Configuration

This chapter describes initial configuration for the AAM.

5.1  Initial Configuration Overview

This chapter shows what you first need to do to provide service to ADSL subscribers. 

5.2  Initial Configuration

This chapter uses the web configurator for initial configuration. See the commands part of this 
User's Guide for information on the commands. Use Internet Explorer 6 and later versions 
with JavaScript enabled.

Make sure your computer is in the same subnet as the AAM's default IP address 
(192.168.1.1) and subnet mask (255.255.255.0).

Launch your web browser and type "192.168.1.1" in the
