Connect the Telco-50 connector end of the cable to the Telco-50 connector.

Connect the USER wiring on the other end of the Telco-50 cable to the upper ports of the 
MDF using a punch-down tool.

Connect the telephone wiring from each end-user's DSL modem to the lower ports of the 
MDF.
