6.12.2 Oiling the rear guide carriage

Lubricating set detached

Guide carriage

Lubrication connection

Belt anchor

Lubricating set assembled

Unscrew the syringe with hose from the lubrication connection.
The lubrication connection remains on the guide rail.

Push the beam all the way forward.

Screw the syringe with hose into the lubrication connection.

Press the syringe until some oil comes out of the hollow screw.

Position the guide carriage above the lubrication connection.

Using the syringe, press approx. 1 ml of special guide rail oil into the guide carriage.

Dismantle the complete lubricating set.

Move the beam back and forth ten times.

Clean the area using a lint-free cloth.

Install the covers.

Repeat oiling of the guide carriage on the other side.
