Warranty, Service, and Support
2.1
Introduction
Zultys wants you to get the most out of the product you have purchased. To that end, we offer
you:
•
hardware warranty (for failure of the hardware)
•
software subscription (to update the phone)
•
technical support (in case of difficulty)
•
training (to learn the phone)
Zultys makes each of these available to you under different terms and conditions. This chapter
describes what is offered and the conditions of the coverage.
2.2
Warranty
2.2.1
General
Zultys Technologies (Zultys) provides a warranty to the purchaser of its products as outlined
below. In the USA, the purchaser is the end user. For international sales, the purchaser is Zultys’
distributor, who has sold you, the end user, the product.
2.2.2
Products Sold in the USA to USA Customers
This section represents Zultys’ standard warranty at the time that this manual was produced.
These terms apply to sales made in the USA to USA customers.
2.2.2.1
Products Covered and Period

Zultys hardware products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. If
Zultys receives notice of such defects during the warranty period, Zultys shall at its option
either repair or replace hardware products that prove to be defective. Some newly
manufactured products purchased may contain selected re-manufactured parts equivalent
to new in performance.
