Possible Causes

The battery of outdoor machine cabinet is abnormal.

Handling Procedure

Replace power supply;

Replace battery.

2.4.15 403 PP voltage abnormal

Alarm Property

Alarm Code: 403

Alarm Information: This alarm is reported when the PP voltage is out of range and

cleared when the voltage becomes normal.

Alarm Level: Major

Alarm Type: Environment Alarm

Sub-code Description

Sub-code 0: Overvoltage

Sub-code 1: Undervoltage

Effect on the System

The power supply of the board is affected, and the board cannot bear any service.

Possible Causes

When the PP voltage reported by the PM board exceeds the upper threshold, it is

over-voltage, and the voltage will be restored when the voltage is lower than the upper

threshold.

When the PP voltage reported by the PM board is lower than the lower threshold, it

is under-voltage, and the voltage will be restored when the voltage exceeds the lower

threshold.

Handling Procedure

Replace the PM board.

2.4.16 404 MP overcurrented

Alarm Code: 404

Alarm Information: This alarm is reported when the MP current is out of range and

cleared when the current becomes normal.
