Effect on the System

Case 1: If active/standby changeover does not occur, the system services are not

affected, but the system reliability is affected, that is, the active/standby changeover

is disabled.

Case 2: After active/standby changeover occurs, the boards related to the software

cannot operate properly, and the services carried by the board are interrupted.

Possible Causes

The standby board fails to synchronize files with those in relevant directories at the active

board.

Handling Procedure

In the software version management window, select

Maintenance > Version > IDU

and check whether the software version is correct.

If no, download the correct version package.

If yes, go to step 2.

Reset the standby board.
