The body of grounding clip (attached with tinned copper braid strap) and two M6x25
hexagon bolt (attached with spring washer and plain washer).

M8 x 25 copper screw is used to connect the grounding cable and busbar (attached
with spring washer and plain washer).

A pack of tung oil (10 ml).
Steps
1.
Determine the position of 1/4" feeder grounding point. According to the size of the
grounding kit strip the 1/4" feeder sheath for about 25 mm. Cover the grounding kit
over the stripped 1/4" feeder.
2.
Use an M6 hexagon bolt to fix the cabling terminal (two cabling holes) to the grounding
kit. Tighten the bolt to make sure the grounding kit is fixed on the cabling position. Note
that the spring washer and plain washer attached to the M6 hexagon bolt shall be filled
between the bolt header and grounding terminal.
3.
Use M8 copper screw to fix the grounding terminal at the other side to the grounding
bar. Also pay attention to place the flat washer and spring washer in sequence.
4.
Evenly apply a coat of tung oil on the surface of the naked metal for anti-corrosion.
