Edit a maximum of 10 fixed dial numbers. 

 Note: 

You need input PIN2 code to turn on/off fixed dial function. Please 
contact your network provider to get PIN2 code. After fixed dial is 
activated, only the entries you set in Fixed Dial List will be 
displayed in phone book.
