3.4 DB9 Interface Definition
Table 3- 3 shows the definition of the DB9 interface. The interface can be used to
record data and waveform simultaneously.

The built-in jumper of interface type (DB9 interface) selects a 120
terminal resistor.

3.5 Optional Interface
To be compatible with ISO1898-1/2/3/4/5 standard, CANREC series product provide
4 PORT connectors, which contain 4 kinds of different CAN transceiver. Users can
purchase different PORT connector based on actual application system. By default,
P8251T is provided.
The product models of PORT are listed in Table 3- 4.

High-speed CAN transceiver PORT connector. It is used in the
system where the baud rate is greater than 20Kbps (the maximum

Fault-tolerant CAN (also called low-speed CAN) transceiver PORT
connector, and the baud rate is less than 125Kbps.

Single-wire CAN transceiver PORT connector, and the baud rate is
less than 83.3Kbps.
