How to Configure the lock
for
ZKBioHLMS
?
Step 1 : Installing ZKBioHLMS
I. Download the ZKBioHLMS Installation package from our website.
II. After installing and logging-in successfully, fill out the hotel information on
the Room Management option of the Hotel module, including Hotel Info
Setting, Room Type, Room, etc.
Step 2: Configuring the SLG410 ZigBee gateway
Please refer the configuration processes in the SLG410 QSG.
Step 3: Installing the Reader's driver
On the Room View page, click Driver Download to install the driver.
Note: The driver installation may be interrupted by the system. Please ignore the
warning and continue with installation to issue the card. The driver is safe to use.
Step 4: Issuing Default Net Card to connect the lock and gateway
1. Open the Hotel Info Setting page, select Default Net Card, click Default Net
Card to issue.
2. Open Device Management, choose the gateway which customers want to
connect and then enable.
3. Swipe the card issued on ZL500. The lock will beep twice with a blinking blue
light. After a few seconds, it will beep twice with a blinking blue light again,
indicating successful operation. If it beeps thrice with a blinking red light, it
indicates a failed operation. Please try again by swiping the card.
Note:
If the operation fails again, enable the gateway and swipe the card again.
