The printer command light is

off

Replace the power adapter.

Check the power outlet.

Print no content

Check that the paper is installed in the correct orientation.

Check whether the power supply uses the original power supply.

After confirming the above, if there is no content on the printed self-
check page, the machine has a hardware failure.
