14 ASSEMBLY

initial machine receipt and unpacking before putting the machine into operation. Please understand
that later claims cannot be accepted anymore.
14.1 Assembly
 Open top of carton and remove the
Styrofoam inner pack with the hole in
the middle. FIGURE 1
 Place Styrofoam on a level surface in
your assembly area. Remove the gear-
motor/feather pan assembly and place
it shaft down (motor up) through the
hole in the Styrofoam.
 Assemble wheel to axle ( FIGURE 2 )
a. Install wheel onto threaded end of
axle component.
b. Install M10 washer against outside
of wheel, then a M10 nut against the
washer. Use a 16mm wrench to
tighten the wheel nut until it bottoms
out on the washer and the nylon
locking feature on the nut is fully
engaged by the axle thread.
