15 TROUBLE SHOOTING
If you do not have the necessary training or feel unable to carry out the necessary repairs properly,
you should always consult a specialist to solve the problem
C A U T I O N
Unplug battery before all maintenance and settings!
Serious injury due to unintentional or automatic activation of the machine !
Trouble Possible cause Solution
Motor does not start  Battery is not plugged in  plug in battery
 Battery is not charged  Recharge battery
 Safety switch is damaged  Check safety switch
Battery cannot charged
anymore
 Contact failure  Check contact pins
 Battery damaged  Change battery
Fluctuating pressure  Pump sucking air  Checking the hoses and
connections are airtight
 Valves dirty, worn out, or stuck  Clean or replace valves/seals
 Pump seals worn out  Call the customer service center
Machine stops  Thermal sensor activated  Leave the washer for 5 minutes to
cool down
 Nozzle partially blocked  Clean the nozzle
 Battery is flat  Charge the battery
Machine pulsating  Air inlet hose  Allow machine to run by holding
the trigger until regular working

 Check that the water supply
