Defective products may not be returned without proper authorization by Zinexts Life Science Corp.
Cost of transportation, removal, or reinstallation of the equipment will be paid by the purchaser.

express or implied (including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular
purpose), and no other representations or claims shall be binding on or obligate Zinexts Life Science
Corp.. in any way. In no event will Zinexts Life Science Corp. be liable for any special, incidental, or
consequential damages resulting from use or malfunction of this product or the equipment or
system with which it is used, loss of revenue, or cost of replacement goods.
