6 Functional description

The gripper jaws and their guide rails of the GEH6000IL series are arranged parallel to each other and can be moved

relative to each other.
The gripper jaws and their guide rails of the GED6000IL series have a 120° offset to each other.
The drive transmits the force/drive torque synchronously to the gripper jaws via a central rack and pinion gear (pinion).
Despite its small installation space, the product is suitable for gripping a wide range of parts and can easily be integrated

into the existing control system.
The gripping force can be adapted optimally to the workpiece via IO-Link.

6.4 Self-locking mechanism
INFORMATION

Products with -03 in the part number have a mechanical self-locking mechanism to ensure that the workpiece

remains held by the product in the event of power supply loss or failure (e.g. an emergency stop).
This does not apply to products with -31 in the part number.
