Oil filling method:
unscrew the entire exhaust safety valve assembly from the hydraulic cylinder block (without
disassembling the parts) with wrench, fill transformer oil slowly into the diaphragm chamber through a small
hole on the bottom plane for the safety valve mounting hole of the hydraulic cylinder block until oil overflows
from the orifice, and then reassemble the exhaust safety valve assembly (check the O-ring on the bottom of
safety valve for intactness before reassembly).

Maintenance, Disassembly and Reassembly
5.1 Maintenance
1) Observe the oil level in the transmission box and hydraulic oil tank periodically, so as to avoid that the oil
level is too high or low. Keep lubricating oil and hydraulic oil clean and free of impurities, and replace oil
as appropriate. The oil replacement period is shown in the table below.

2) Temperature of main parts of the pump are set as follows: the maximum allowable temperature of the
motor shall be 70
℃
; the temperature of lubricating oil in the transmission box shall not exceed 65
℃
, and
the temperature of stuffing box shall not exceed 70
℃
. After 3,000~5,000h operation, disassemble the pump
for inspecting internal parts, and inspect and replace the vulnerable parts by properly adjusting the fit
clearance.
3)
If the pump is out of service for a long time, empty media from the hydraulic cylinder, clean the surface,
and apply anti-rust oil on the exposed machining surface. During storage, place and cover the pump in a
dry place.
4) Before maintenance, stop the metering pump, release the system pressure, and close pump inlet and outlet
valves connected to the system. During maintenance, avoid any action leading to an accident, post a notice
stating the equipment is under maintenance on the power switch, and immediately disconnect power during
operation in case of any fault.
