A. Channel Configuration
Select the type of control desired for each channel that will be in the system. The types of
control are: Tone, Direct Current (DC), and Local.
In the window shown in Figure D-52, enter a channel number from one to 14 or use the
UP
and
DOWN ARROW
keys to edit a previously defined channel. Channels are numbered
beginning with card slot 1. System channel 1 is therefore Channel A on the dual channel card
inserted in slot 1; Channel B becomes System channel 2, etc.

After entering the channel number, you will be prompted for a channel name. This is for
reference only and may be left blank if desired.
After the name is entered, select the type of radio to be controlled or modification to be made
from the menu shown in Figure D-53.
