specified on the product nameplate.
2. «On\Off» switch.
Ensure that the power switch is in the OFF position. If
the plug is connected to a receptacle while the power switch is in the ON position, the
power tool will start operating immediately, inviting serious accident.
3. Extension cord.
When the work area is removed from the power source. Use an extension cord of
sufficient thickness and rated capacity. The extension cord should be kept as short as
practicable.
4. Prepare a wooden workbench.
Since the saw blade will extend beyond the lower surface of the work piece, place the
work piece on a workbench when cutting. If a square block is utilized as a workbench,
select level ground to ensure it is properly stabilized. An unstable workbench will
result in hazardous operation.
CAUTION
To avoid possible accident, always ensure that the portion of work piece remaining
after cutting is securely anchored or held in positionчастного
Adjusting the saw prior to operation
1. Adjusting the cutting depth
To adjust the cutting depth loosen the lever and, while holding the base with one hand,
move the main body up and down.
WARNING!
If the lever is loose, injury can result. Tighten it securely after
adjustment.
2. Adjusting the level of inclination
By loosening the lever the saw blade may be inclined to an angle of 45° in relation to
the base.
3. Regulating the guide
Position of the guide can be moved left and right. The guide can be installed either
from the left or the right side of the main body.
4. Fine adjustment of parallelism
For fine adjustment of saw blade parallelism in relation to base use the adjusting
screw. The adjustment will be performed by the manufacturer. Perform the following
actions.
• Unscrew mounting screws of the cover only. Do not unscrew the sleeve screws.
• Pull the protecting cover into the blade cover.
• Insert a thin piece of wood into the back end of the saw blade base and mark the
position on the base.
• Move the wood with the mark to the front of the base and turn the adjusting screw so
that the mark would correspond the base side.
• After adjusting tighten all mounting screws.
