physical, sensory and mental capabilities, as well as
persons who have no experience and knowledge of the
equipment, if supervision or instruction is provided
concerning the use of the equipment in a safe manner, so
that the associated risks are understood.
• Children should not play with the device.
• Before replacing the equipment or approaching moving
parts during use, switch off the equipment and disconnect it
from the power supply.
• Always disconnect the device from the power supply when
it is left unattended, as well as before assembly,
disassembly or cleaning.
• Make sure that the uninterrupted work time does not
exceed 10 minutes and the break time before the reuse is
not less than 30 minutes.
• Never lock the power button. This creates the risk of injury
and may damage the device.
• Pay attention to the connection cable, which must not stick
to warm surfaces, such as gas or electric cookers.
• Unplug the power cord from the socket before cleaning.
• Before starting work, check the correct assembly of the
grinding unit.
• The device must only be used with the filling bowl.
• The device can only be used indoors, at room temperature
and under conditions described for the device in the PN-EN
60335-1 standard.
• Clean the device after each use.
• Do not remove residue left on moving parts when the
device is switched on.
• Do not use aggressive detergents in the form of
emulsions, lotions, pastes, etc. to clean external elements.
They can, among others, remove graphic information
symbols, such as graduations, markings, warning signs, etc.
• Before use, wash all components in warm water with
some dishwashing liquid.
Do not use boiling water!
Then rinse and dry thoroughly.
• The double-sided knife should be washed, dried and
covered with e.g. edible oil after each use
• Do not wash metal parts in dishwashers. Aggressive
cleaning agents used in these devices darken these parts.
Wash them by hand using traditional dishwashing liquids.
• Use only one grinding plate at a time.
NOTE!
Non-compliance could result in property damage
• Do not pull the plug out of the socket by pulling the cord.
• Connect the device to the wall socket (AC only) with the
voltage indicated on the device’s rating plate.
• Do not expose the grinder and equipment to temperatures
above 60°C, which may damage the grinder.
• Use only the pusher to push food products. The use of
other objects may damage the grinder and the drive.
• Do not overload the device with an excessive quantity of
product or excessive pushing.
• Carefully assembly the grinding unit, because incorrectly
twisted one will cause incorrect grinding quality, and may
also be the reason for dulling the knife and strainer. Blunt
knife and strainer should be replaced.

Do not cover ventilation holes in the housing during
operation. Do not place the grinder on a lightweight surface.
•
Do not immerse the grinder drive in water or wash it under
running water.
•
Do not wash the equipment connected to the grinder.
TIP
Product information and usage tips
• The device is intended for household use only.It is not
intended for use in mass catering facilities.
• After finishing work, pull out the plug from the power
socket. Wind the cord around the contoured recess, and
insert the cord plug into a specially prepared place.
• If the grinder does not start - service it.
• Separate meat intended for grinding from bones, tendons,
cartilage and veins.
• Before grinding, cut large pieces of the product into pieces
that can be put into the chamber of the grinding unit.
• Do not grind dry poppy seeds. Before grinding, poppy
seeds must be steamed and soaked - up to several hours.
• Use a soft brush to wash metal parts.
• Make sure that the consistency of the processed products
is not too thin, as this may result in liquid entering the
device. In such a situation, excess fluid may escape
through the ventilation holes in the lower part of the device
(emergency overflow).
