Using the On/Off switch (Fig. 2/

), switch the controller on.
The blue “POS“ indicator
LED lights up whilst the system is being calibrated and is moving to
the start position. When the yellow “Ready“ indicator LED lights up, the system is ready.
The display shows the standard start position (250.00 µm).
When the stage attatchment is moving
to a new position the blue “POS” indicator LED (Fig.
2/

) lights up.
When the target position of the stage attatchment
has been reached, the yellow “Ready”
indicator LED (Fig. 2/
3
) lights up.
When communication with the respective axis is established, the
green “Channel” indicator
LED (Fig. 2/
4
) lights up.
After the usage session is finished, switch the controller off at On/Off switch (Fig. 2/
1
). If the
WSB ZPiezo CAN is not going to be used for some time, withdraw the mains plug of the
table-top power supply unit from the socket, so as to disconnect it from the mains supply.
