Symbols and labels on the S100 floor stand
1 SIP label
The SIP label contains the following information:
– Manufacturer (company name)
– Manufacturer's contact details,
i.e. phone number, fax number and email address of the local contact
for the national Carl Zeiss sales organization.
– SIP number
A unique identification number assigned to your device.
2 Equipment marking label
The equipment marking label contains the following information:
– Manufacturer symbol
– Manufacturer (company name)
– Manufacturer's address
– Serial number
– Product classification
– Device name
– Reference number
– CSA mark
– CE marking
3 "Date of manufacture" plate
This plate indicates the date of manufacture for the device (year-month).
4 "Maximum weight" label
5 "Transport position" indicating label
When moving the mount only hold and push the mount at this point.
Observe the instructions for use or accompanying documents.
Indicates the transport position of the system. Before transporting the
system always ensure that it is in this position to avoid any damage.
