If you do not want to save your changes, return to the "ADVANCED USER
SETTINGS" menu via "CANCEL". The blue value is set as it was when the
submenu was accessed.
The blue value setting also influences the camera's white balance. See
“Carrying out the white balancing procedure (white bal)” on page 164.
CHROMA submenu
In this submenu, you can set the camera's color saturation between -10 and
+10. To do this, proceed as follows:
•
Select the "CHROMA" menu item in the "USER MENU ADVANCED" menu
using the control keys
and press the <Enter> button.
•
Select "SETTINGS" with the
control keys.
The selected choice is displayed with an arrow.
•
Change the color saturation using the
control keys.
A chroma setting in the range of ± 0 generally provides the best color
effect. The chroma setting is most effective for highly saturated (bright)
colors. The effect is small with low-saturation colors.
•
Press the <Enter> key to save the changes.
The selection is saved and you return to the "ADVANCED USER
SETTINGS" menu.
If you do not want to save your changes, return to the "ADVANCED USER
SETTINGS" menu via "CANCEL". The color saturation is set as it was when the
sub menu was accessed.
COLOR ANGLE submenu
In this submenu, you can set the camera's color angle (hue) between -10 and
+10. To do this, proceed as follows:
•
Select the "COLOR ANGLE" menu item in the "USER MENU ADVANCED"
menu using the control keys
and press the <Enter> key.
•
Select "SETTINGS" with the
control keys.
The selected choice is displayed with an arrow.
•
Change the color angle using the
control keys.
•
Press the <Enter> key to save the changes.
The selection is saved and you return to the "ADVANCED USER
SETTINGS" menu.
