Guidelines and manufacturer’s declaration for
electromagnetic compatibility
The device is subject to specific precautions with regard to electromagnetic
compatibility (EMC) in professional healthcare facility environments. In order
to avoid the occurrence of EMC interference, the device may only be installed,
operated, and maintained in the manner indicated in these instructions for
use and only with the components supplied by ZEISS.
WARNING Function deterioration!
Do not install or operate OPMI Lumera i in close proximity to other devices
(with the exception of the device combinations described in these instruc-
tions for use) as this can impair the functioning of OPMI Lumera i.

If operation of OPMI Lumera i in the proximity of other devices is
unavoidable, OPMI Lumera i must be monitored for proper functioning.
WARNING Function deterioration!
Electrical devices can influence each other as a result of their electromagnetic
radiation. The use of non-approved components can cause increased emis-
sions or reduce the immunity of OPMI Lumera i.

specified in these instructions for use or which are approved by ZEISS
for OPMI Lumera i.
