Starting up the CT system

Normal mode
The controller is in the normal mode as soon as the initializing door
travel has been completed and the end positions of the loading door
have thus been set. The indicator lamps are off.

The indicator lamp in the

door» button briefly. The loading door is
closed. The indicator
lamp in the button

out.
NOTE
If EMERGENCY STOP is activated during a travel movement, the drives
are switched off. To move the loading door again, you must unlock the
EMERGENCY STOP button and reactivate the drives.
Special features:
X-ray operation It is not possible to open the loading door as long as the X-ray tube is
switched on.
Positioning system With the loading door open, the positioning system moves at safe re-
duced speed.
Initializing door travel The button must remain pressed. When the button is released, the
travel movement of the loading door stops. Press the button again
and hold it down to continue the travel movement.
Normal mode Briefly press a button to move the loading door to the end position.
Measures to be taken after an error
If the door is blocked during the closing movement:
– the travel movement is stopped
– the “CLOSE door” button flashes
