Activating the
Dist.
button permits length measurements in 3D space.

Click on the
Mark
button to set the first XYZ-point for the measurement of the spatial distance.

Set the second XYZ-point for measurement by moving the X-, Y-, Z-sliders or by moving the green, red
and blue lines in the image.

The projections of the spatial distance are shown in the image planes by yellow lines. The actual
spatial distance is calculated and shown in µm below the
