Dye DB Function
The
Dye DB
function is for information only and permits access to the database contained in the system,
including a list of suitable dyes for fluorescence microscopy.
The database contains a comparison of tables of dyes, optimum excitation wavelengths and maxima of
emission wavelengths.
•
Click on the
Dye DB
button in the
Options
subordinate toolbar.

The
Dye database
will be opened and displayed on the screen.

Click on the
Close
button to exit the
Dye database
.
