The following conventions apply in this manual:
Unless otherwise specified, front and back of the system are as viewed from the patient side of
the system (front).
Unless otherwise specified, right and left of the system are as viewed from the patient side of the
system (front).
Unless otherwise specified, all tool dimensions for screws and nuts are metric values.
