Disconnecting the Cable from the Scanner
The communication cable is designed to be field-replaceable. Prior to removing the
cable from the scanner, it is highly advised to turn off the power of the host system
and disconnect the power supply from the cable.
1.
Locate the small hole at the bottom of the scanner.
2.
Use a metallic pin and insert into the hole.
3.
Gently pull the strain-relief of the cable once a faint “click” is heard.
