If AT+HOSCFG=1 is set, the status of the SIM card is high when the SIM card is in place,
and AT+HOSCFG=1 is set. When the SIM card is in place, the status is low.Set
AT+HOSCFG=0.0 SIM card hot swap function is off.

Host wakes up module, low effective
The CLM920_NC2 M.2 module supports the sleep wake-up function. WAKEUP_IN wakes
up for the host control module sleep, WAKEUP_OUT wakes up the host for the module.
RESET: The module can be reset by pulling this pin low for 150-450ms. It is recommended
to use only when the module has an abnormal condition or an emergency. The RESET pin is
sensitive to interference and should be protected when routing.
