Pre-rotation vanes calibration screen

This screen displays a cutaway view of the chiller compressor, revealing the pre-rotation vanes and
provides the capability of calibrating the pre-rotation vanes. The appearance of this screen is the
same for compressor #1 and compressor #2.
Note: Requires a login access level of SERVICE.
Table 24: Display only fields
Field/LED name Description
PRV opening (LED) Illuminates when the vanes are opening.
PRV closing (LED) Illuminates when the vanes are closing.
Calibration in progress (LED) Indicates the calibration sequence is in progress.
Calibration messages
These are text messages which step the user through the calibration process and
indicate its success or failure.
PRV feedback voltage Displays the pre-rotation vanes position potentiometer feedback voltage.
Vane motor switch (LED) Lights when the vane motor switch is closed.

Button Access level Description
Open Service Sets the PRV control to Manual and drives the PRV in the open direction.
Close Service Sets the PRV control to Manual and drives the PRV in the closed direction.
Hold Service Stops the PRV at the present position.
Auto Service Returns the PRV control to Automatic program control.
Start calibration Service
Initiates the PRV Calibration sequence. This option is hidden after calibration has
started.
Cancel calibration Service This option only becomes available after calibration has started.
