1.  Introduction

Thank you for purchasing the Yokogawa’s 

instrument.
The instrument is correctly calibrated at the factory 

before shipment. To ensure correct and efficient 

use of the instrument, please read this manual 

thoroughly and fully understand how to operate the 

instrument before operating it.

  Regarding This Manual

•  This manual should be provided to the end 

user.

•  The contents of this manual are subject to 

change without prior notice.
