14.11 Communication-related Error Messages
Error messages related to communications are given below.
When servicing is required, contact your nearest YOKOGAWA representative.
Only error messages relating to the communication mode 488.2 are given here. For
other error messages, refer to appendix 1 and section 15.4.

112 Program mnemonic too long Check the mnemonic (character string consisting of letters 14.3
