TS Series (square face)
Select the mounting configuration from below to determine panel cutout size. Then see opposite page for
outline dimensions.
Model TS-xxxxAx (No bezel-use outline 1, if bezel ordered- use outline 2 or 3).
Model TS-xxxxCx (use outline for mounting option C).
Model TS-xxxxDx (no cutout required. This mounts on DIN rail).
Model TS-xxxxFx (use outline 1 only).
Model TS-xxxxGx (No bezel-use outline 1, if bezel ordered-use outline 2 or 3).

Electrical Wiring
If you have selected combination terminals, or will use the screw terminals for connection, please
observe the following precautions:
1) Use AWG #20 to #26 stranded wire
2) Make sure wire is stripped back 3/8" and wire strands are twisted tight or soldered
3) Loosen non-captive screw no more than 5 full turns
4) Insert wire between pin and clip, then tighten securely,
If you are using the pin connection. Use a 1/4" quick connect female spade lug that has been properly
crimped to wire leads. Slide all the way onto the pin terminal.
Please observe polarity symbols molded into case above terminals.
