Video frames of the high-speed camera are recorded in sync with the sample clock received from
the measurement instrument.
When the measurement instrument triggers, it measures the waveform and at the same time
outputs a trigger signal to the camera. The camera records video and shooting information before
and after this trigger output.
Saved Range
Range of Saved Waveform Data
The range of waveform data that is saved is the recording time (T/div×10) of the DL950
measurement instrument (the range between points A and B). Set this longer than the video to
be saved.
For details on the number of waveform data points that can be saved and measurement
conditions using online synchronization, see appendix 2 in the
User’s Manual
, IM IS8000-01EN.
Range of Saved Video
The range of video that is saved is the range between the pre-trigger frame and post-trigger
frame (the range between points C and D) specified on the camera in reference to the trigger
frame. Set the number of frames so that the pre-trigger frame and post-trigger frame fit
between the pre-trigger and post-trigger of the measured waveform.
