4.1 Before You Begin
Chapter 4 Adjustments
This chapter describes how to adjust the DAQSTATION DX100/DX200.
Adjustment is required when the performance test results in an excessive tolerance
error, or after replacing the AD board assembly. In addition, adjustments are
recommended once a year to maintain high accuracy.

When carrying out the adjustments described below, make sure the recorder’s
environment meets the following conditions.

Preparation
Perform the following steps before carrying out the adjustments.

Turn on the power supply and verify that the unit under adjustment passes the self-
diagnostic tests without any problems.

Allow a warm-up time of at least 30 minutes for the required instruments and the unit
under adjustment.
