Maintenance
CAUTION
• The maintenance work should be done only by operators who received special training.
• Use a vacuum cleaner and soft cloth to clean up the equipment.
• At the time of the maintenance work, put on wrist straps and take the measures for
Electrostatic Discharge (ESD).
• If the label that indicates Danger is not legible, or if it has peeled off, order a new label using
part number T9029BX.
• Before starting the maintenance work, confirm if there’s no dangerous gas.
• The maintenance work should be done in accordance with the instructions provided in the
related Installation Guidance and User’s Manuals.
Tightening Torque of Screws
IMPORTANT
The tightening torque that the Product recommends is showed in the following table. However,
if the tightening torque of the screw is specified in the User’s Manuals, follow the instructions
described in the User’s Manuals.
