This function is useful in particular to trace the execution of HTTP callbacks. If a newline is desired after
the message, it must be included in the string.
Parameters :
text the string to append to the logs.
Returns :
YAPI_SUCCESS
if the call succeeds.
On failure, throws an exception or returns a negative error code.
