an auto provisioning process when
powered on.

IP phones.

auto_provision.pnp_enable = 0 or 1
It enables or disables Plug and Play feature.
If it is enabled, the phone will broadcast PnP
SUBSCRIBE messages to obtain a
provisioning server address after startup.
