Avoid contact of the power cord with sharp edges, hot objects or surfaces, including those
of the appliance. During operation, the power cord must always be fully extended and the
position of the power cord must be set so that it does not become an obstacle during product
operation. The power cord should not be placed in a manner which would pose a risk of
tripping. The power supply socket should be located in a place where it is always possible to
quickly remove the product power cord plug. Always pull the power cord by the plug hous-
ing when unplugging it, never by the cord. It is forbidden to bring the power cord close to a
hot appliance. If the power cord or the plug is damaged, immediately disconnect it from the
mains and contact an authorised service centre of the manufacturer for replacement. Do not
replace the power cord by yourself. Do not use the product with a damaged power cord or
plug. The power cord or plug cannot be repaired and must be replaced with a new one that
is free of defects if these components are damaged.
Instructions for use
The device should not be used in potentially
fl
ammable or explosive atmospheres, or in
highly dusty and humid environments. Do not use the device in rooms where
fl
ammable
materials are present. Do not use the device in rooms where animals are present.
Never cover the device. The device heats up to a high temperature and can ignite the mate-
rial with which it has been covered.
The heater must not be located directly under the power supply socket.
Do not use the heater with a programmer, timer, separate remote control system or any other
device which will switch start the heater on automatically due to the risk of
fi
re if the heater is
covered or incorrectly positioned.
Portable heaters must not be used in the immediate vicinity of bathing area, shower or swim-
ming pool.
Warning! The heater is not equipped with a device which controls the room temperature.
Unless constant supervision is provided, do not use the heater in small rooms where people
are unable to leave the room on their own.
Devices whose protection rating is lower than IPX4 may not be installed in such a manner
that their switch is within reach of persons taking a bath or shower.
Devices whose protection rating is lower than IPX4 must not be used outdoors. Do not ex-
pose the heater to direct precipitation.
HEATER OPERATION
Preparing for operation
Caution! The procedure described in this section must be carried out with the device disconnected from the power supply. Make
sure that the power cord has been unplugged from the mains socket.
The product must be unpacked by removing all packaging elements. It is recommended to keep the packaging, as it can be helpful
for further transport and storage of the product.
Check the product for damage. If any damage is detected, do not use the product until the damage has been repaired or the
damaged components are replaced with new ones that are free of defects.
The heater is a portable device and is not designed to be

xed to walls or ceilings. Place the device on a level,

at, hard and stable
heat-resistant surface at least 3 metres away from people, walls or objects. Ensure that the device is positioned away from damp
areas and
fl
ammable objects. Do not cover the device, for example with a towel.
