28 x #8 x 2-1/2” Wood Screw
12 x 5/16 x 3” Hex Bolt
(5/16” lock washer, 1/4-5/16” large washer, 5/16” t-nut)
D:
Place one Long Beam Insert in between one Long Beam L-R Assembly and one Long Beam End Assembly
then fit tight together so the beam assembly ends are flush. Match the bolt holes and wood screw pilot holes in
both beam assemblies and Long Beam Insert. (fig. 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5)
E:
Attach beam assemblies and Long Beam Insert together with six 5/16 x 3” Hex Bolts (with 5/16” lock washer,
1/4-5/16” large washer and 5/16” t-nut) and 14 #8 x 2-1/2” Wood Screws. (fig. 4.5 and 4.6)
F:
Repeat Step D-E make a second Long Beam Assembly.
